The room arrives pre-built and ready to use. We’ll deliver it to your property (Melbourne, Sydney or regional VIC/NSW) and set it up in as little as 1–2 hours. If your access is tight, we can even arrange for it to be craned in.
Affordable Extra Space – No Lease Required
With rental costs from just $270 per week, the Ensuite Room is a smart alternative to long-term renting or building.
There’s no need to sign a 12-month lease – you can rent from as little as 6 months and keep the room for as long as you need. Whether you’re looking for temporary space or something more long-term, we’ve made it flexible and affordable.
