  • Renting our Nook Room is just $165 per week, billed fortnightly in advance via Direct Debit (at $330/fortnight).

    Upfront Costs: Before delivery, you will need to make payment for the bond ($500), delivery fee (metro $300), and the first rent payment ($330).

    Delivery and Pickup: Delivery within the Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide metro areas is $300 (same at pick up). For room rental in regional Victoria, NSW or South Australia the delivery cost varies by distance, please get in touch to for pricing details.

  • Absolutely. The Nook Room is fully insulated and fitted with reverse cycle split-system air conditioning, keeping it comfortable in every season. Large windows provide natural light and ventilation, with block-out blinds for privacy and sun control.

  • Our Nook Room is 3.0m x 2.4m and requires an access clearance of 2.8m wide and 3.5m high from the street to your backyard or desired location. If access is tight, we can quote for craning it in. The room requires a 4m x 3.0m area to be placed on.

  • No, the Nook Room is a compact space designed for sleeping, working, or hobbies. If you need a bathroom, check out our Retreat Room with ensuite.
