Our portable office rooms start with an initial deposit of just $500. Ongoing leasing costs are designed to be more affordable than renting a shared workspace. Plus, all expenses are tax-deductible for your business, helping you save even more!
Rent: charged fortnightly in advance via Direct Debit.
The Nook room (3.0m x 2.4m) is $165/week, billed at $330/fortnight
The Studio room (4.2m x 2.4m) is $195/week, billed at $390/fortnight
The Retreat room with Ensuite (4.8m x 2.4m) is $290/week, billed at $580/fortnight
Delivery and Pickup: Delivery within the Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide metro areas is $300 (same at pick up). For room rental in regional Victoria, NSW and South Australia the delivery cost varies by distance, please get in touch to for pricing details.
Upfront Costs: Before delivery, you will need to make payment for the bond, delivery fee and the first rent payment.
