  • Renting our Retreat Room is $290 per week, billed fortnightly in advance via Direct Debit (at $580/fortnight).

    Upfront Costs: Before delivery, you will need to make payment for the bond ($800), delivery fee (metro $300), and the first rent payment ($580).

    Delivery and Pickup: Delivery within the Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide metro areas is $300 (same at pick up). For room rental in regional Victoria, NSW and South Australia the delivery cost varies by distance. Please get in touch to for pricing details.

  • Our rooms are fully insulated and feature split-system air conditioning/heating to ensure a comfortable temperature in all seasons. Large windows provide natural light and ventilation, with block-out blinds for privacy and sun control.

  • Requirements for use of a small portable structure vary by council, if you have any concerns give us a call on 1300 377 223 or speak with your local council.

  • No digging is needed. Power runs via a standard 10amp extension lead, water via a garden hose, and sewer via a flexible hose that connects to an above-ground sewer inspection point within 80m. You will need to provide 2 x 9kg swappa bottles to run the hot water heater.

  • Absolutely. The Retreat Room makes a perfect guest space or Airbnb setup, complete with a private entrance, ensuite bathroom, and comfortable, climate-controlled interior.

  • Our Retreat Room is 4.8m x 2.4m and requires an access clearance of 2.8m wide and 3.5m high from the street to your backyard or desired location. If access is tight, we can quote for craning it in. The room requires a 6m x 3.5m area to be placed on, in order to allow for the deck.
