Rooms start from only $165 a week! We never increase our prices too, unlike typical rental accommodation which can be legally increased every 12 months in Victoria. So, once you get the keys to your room you can rest assured the price you pay will stay the same throughout your entire rental period.
There's also no 12-month lease here, which means you won’t lock yourself into any long-term contracts. The minimum term is 6 months, and after that it rolls month to month for as long as you like. When you're ready for your next step, give us a month's notice in writing and we'll come and organise a collection. If you’re in need of a little extra room for your growing family or a short-term space between homes, our portable pods are a cost-effective and flexible way to get you started.

The Nook Room (3.0m x 2.4m), from $165/week: A cosy, compact space for sleeping, studying or working from home. Perfect for your teenager’s retreat or a home office.
The Studio Room (4.2m x 2.4m), from $195/week: Room for a queen bed plus drawers or a desk. A favourite with young adults wanting a proper bedroom of their own.
The Retreat Room with Ensuite (4.8m x 2.4m), from $290/week: Fully self-contained with a private entrance, shower, toilet and vanity. Ideal for an adult, child or older relative who'd love their own space and privacy.
Every room comes with reverse-cycle air conditioning, insulation, block-out blinds, LED lighting, power, and internet and TV points. You can also add a sink with hot water to the Nook or Studio Rooms for $25 a week. *
